Building Financial Confidence

We started TechFlow DevCore because too many brilliant entrepreneurs were struggling with the financial side of their businesses. Smart people who could build amazing products but felt lost when it came to cash flow and budgeting.

Our Journey Started in 2019

Back in 2019, I was working with a startup that had incredible tech but kept running into money problems. The founder knew exactly how to code and scale systems, but budgeting felt like a foreign language.

That's when it clicked for me. Technical skills and financial literacy should go hand in hand. We started with small workshops in Adelaide, helping local entrepreneurs understand their numbers without drowning in accounting jargon.

By 2025, we've helped over 800 business owners across Australia develop practical budgeting systems that actually work for their specific industries and growth stages.

How We've Evolved

2019

Started with Local Workshops

Our first workshop had 8 entrepreneurs in a shared workspace in Adelaide. We focused on basic cash flow management and simple budgeting tools that didn't require advanced accounting knowledge.

2021

Expanded to Digital Learning

The pandemic pushed us online, but it actually improved our program. We could offer more personalized follow-up sessions and create interactive tools that participants could use in their actual businesses.

2023

Industry-Specific Programs

We realized that SaaS businesses have completely different financial patterns than consulting firms or e-commerce stores. So we developed specialized tracks for different business models.

2025

Advanced Financial Strategy

This year we're launching our most comprehensive program yet - helping entrepreneurs not just manage their money, but strategically plan for major growth phases and potential investment rounds.
